Fix to geometry generator for linear molecules, and for dummy atom problems.
Implementation of Average Quadratic Coupled Cluster (CPL 214, 481).
Fix to CI input (for, e.g. expec,op, if op is already array).
Minor cosmetic fixes.
Some changes to documentation in preparation for hypertext version.
Some bug fixes to the basis set library; the most serious was the
P2015 s set for Si, which had missing exponents.
