zmatrix: now works for xenon atom; fix for some symmetric top geometries
prop:	simplified input for Cowan-Griffin relativistic correction computation
	(mass-velocity and Darwin terms), with new property integral type
	REL.
	e.g., int;rel;hf;expect,rel prints mv & darwin terms, and their sum,
	and sets the variables DEL4, DAR and EREL respectively.
makeprog: now rebuilds include files as required if a new common.all is
	installed, e.g., after a patch.
cpps.f:	small fixes for Fujitsu only
driver.f: geometry optimization using numerical derivatives for UHF,KS,RKS,UKS
LIBMOL: an unchanged version was inadvertently included in patch 94.10. The
	fixes which should have been in 94.10 are  now included.
