MOLPRO version 97.3 contains the following changes relative to 97.2

IBM SP2, Cray T3E and Cray C90 (f90 compiler) are now fully supported.

Integral-direct and parallel functionality is now a separate optional module
which is not generally distributed.

The basis library has been modified such that most basis sets now contain
exponents in strictly descending order, allowing useful things to be done with 
the EVEN command. It has also been extended to include the cc-pV6Z basis sets.

Numerous minor bug-fixes and organizational changes.
