Molpro: ordering information
Orders (preferably in the form of an official purchase order) should be sent toUniversity College Cardiff Consultants Limitedexcept in the case of orders from individuals or organizations in mainland China, who must order through the designated reseller.

The order should specify
- invoice address and contact telephone number and email address
- the catalogue number of the required licence
- any claim for an upgrade discount
- for orders from European Union countries, excluding the UK, your VAT number (where applicable).
- the name and email address of the person to whom instructions on downloading the software should be sent. Delivery of the software is entirely electronic using email and file transfer, and therefore it is not necessary to specify shipping instructions.
- for the case that a trial licence has been obtained in advance of ordering a full licence, the account name associated with the trial licence.
When the order is received, an invoice will be issued, and access to the software granted, with email notification to the nominated contact. In the first instance, temporary licence tokens that are valid for 3 months are created, and when payment is received, permanent replacements are issued.
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, and in most cases this is achieved within three working days.
The office will be closed for the Christmas and New Year holiday from 23rd December to 3 January inclusive.
