[molpro-user] Molpro error on file

Hi, When i try to summit a file to molpro, the program stops on a part that 
requires lots of RAM, right at the beggining... and gives me this error 
message: 

?ERROR IN ORTHS: LINEAR DEPENDENCY DETECTED FOR VECTOR   2.1  OVERLAP= NaN 

I thought that it could be a problem on my .run file, but, it runs on 
another computer without problems. The molpro appearly works fine when i try 
to run a smaller calculus...
so, what could be the problem ?
