run molpro using the command line: </div> <div>/usr/local/bin/molpro -d $workdir/molpro/$1 -n 2 $1.input</div> <div>and somtimes I try:</div> <div>/usr/local/bin/molpro -d $workdir/molpro/$1 $1.input<br>but nothing work. </div> <div>A sample input and output
