records and nacmes

Hi,

I have been able to read records by following the way they were
written. For CPSAMC records in file 1, follow the procedures used in
src/multi/musamc.f with routine cpsav which uses sreibw and writem
(src/util/sreibw.f) to write the arrays. Meaning of variables should be (?
programmers?) inferred from the information in that routine.

orbitals could be read with gen_orb implemented in the user routine
(user.f) and recompiling molpro.

Just my two cents,
Elmer
