A problem with "configure"

I was attempting to configure MOLPRO 2002.3 on a P-4 machine under 
RedHat 9.0 (kernel 2.4.20-8 and glibc 2.3.2-11.9) using the Intel 
Fortran Compiler 7.0.087, and received the error message shown below.  I 
had no problem configuring, compiling and running the same version of 
MOLPRO on my dual Athlon machine under RedHat 8.0 (kernel 2.4.18-27 and 
glibc 2.3.2-4.80.6) using exactly the same Intel Fortran Compiler.  Any 
ideas as to what I need to do different?
