The -G command switch

I was wondering if the list could give me advice on the -G switch for
molpro. Namely, I wondered what are good values for my cluster. The
cluster has 2 GB of memory per processor, so what would you recommend
for a -G switch?

However, I mainly do MRCI calculations, so does -G matter in that case?
It's seems like every MRCI jobs I do has that "Any -G option will be
ignored." message at the top, so perhaps I needn't care. But, for my
own knowledge, when does -G get used and when doesn't it?

Thanks for any help,
Matt
