224731053 words + 349635223 bytes is 2GB. This is the maximum file
size on, for example, a 32-bit GNU/Linux system, unless you use large
file support. (Molpro offers the choice to build with LFS on GNU/Linux
at the configure stage. This adds -DLARGEFILES to CDEF in CONFIG.)
