Hello everyone,
      When I performed a CI calculation, I always got such error information:

NO VECTOR OF INTERNAL CI OVERLAPS SUFFICIENTLY WITH REFERENCE VECTOR 1. 
INCREASE NSTATI!
I modified the input file about CI, but it didn't work. Could you give any 
good suggestion? Thanks a lot.
