I can compile 2002.9 just fine, but when I try to compile
2002.10 it fails b/c it can't find bas2index in
[install_dir]/lib. I have included the two CONFIG files
(2002.9 and 2002.10) and the output of the make command.
However, a quick ls -l shows that bas2index is there and it
looks has owner rwx priveleges so it shouldn't be a
permissions issue. Below is the entire error I get at the
command prompt. I'm really stumped by this one.

benjfitz at haplo2:/ab/molpro-2002_10/test/3> make[1]:
./bas2index: Command not found
make[1]: *** [basis.index] Error 127
make: *** [basis_library] Error 2

[1]+ Exit 2 /usr/bin/time make >./make.log
