[molpro-user] CEPA

I'm using Molpro 2002.6
I'd like to learn more about CEPA and the Coupled Pair Functional 
methods and how they can be implemented in Molpro. For example what's 
the difference between CEPA(0), CEPA(1)..etc.? Is there more 
documentation then the brief section in the CI PROGRAM chapter? Are 
there any external references that are useful to read?
