I don't think they are in the Molpro library. But if you are looking for 
HF/DFT basis sets, the Turbomole sets (svp, tzvpp, qzvpp) might also do the 
trick. Also, as Konstantin pointed out, you can just take the basis 
definitions from the EMSL basis library.
