Dear Wafaa,

It looks your later accounts have not the permission to write in the 
directory /home/scratch/ which is used to store the scratch files.
You can either allow the accounts to have write permission to 
/home/scratch/, or change the environment variables $TMPDIR, $TMPDIR2.
