Yulia,

In your input you have:

  memory,2600,m

This is approximately:

(2600*8*1000000)/(1024*1024*1024)=19.4Gb

and you asked to run with 12 processes which gives a total of 232Gb, 
which exceeds the 48Gb available on the node.
