Problems with mpp

Using the 3-2B version of Global Arrays, you can simply build GA with
ifc by saying

gmake TARGET=LINUX FC=ifc

This trips up when building GA's test jobs (undefined reference to
flush_), but by then the library is built, and you can use it for
Molpro.
