Molpro version

Hi Jacek,

I have version 2002.6 and the -efc and -i8 falgs work fine. Do you have the 
variable IA64ROOT set? it should point to...
/opt/intel/compiler70/ia64 in my case
and is /opt/intel/compiler70/ia64/bin in your path?
